Restaurateurs may buy at Mercabarna from the wholesale Fruit and Vegetable, Fish, Meat or Flower markets or from one of the more than 70 companies on the site that specialise in supplying the hotel and catering industry.
The companies offer all kinds of products and services to ease the restaurant-owner’s work: products that are chopped and prepared to the customer’s specifications, in custom packaging, delivered, etc. You can find all manner of fresh, prepared or frozen products and delicatessen items.
